1. Course Cancellations by The Learning Power

• We reserve the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment or other factors.
• If a course is canceled, registered students will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed.
• The refund process will be initiated immediately after the cancellation, and the amount will be credited within 7 days from the cancellation.

2. Withdrawal by Student

• Students may withdraw from a course by notifying us in writing within 7 days before the course start date to be eligible for a full refund, after deduction of GST.
• The refund process will be initiated immediately after the cancellation request is approved, and the amount will be credited within 7 days of the request.
• If withdrawal notice is received less than 7 days before the course start date, a 50% refund will be given.
• No refunds will be issued for withdrawals once the course has begun.

3. Non-Attendance

• Non-attendance does not constitute a withdrawal or refund request.
• If you fail to attend a course without notifying us in advance, you are not eligible for a refund.

4. Transfers

• Students may transfer to a different course or session, subject to availability, by notifying us at least 7 days before the course start date. Transfers are subject to any difference in course fees.

5. Exceptions

• Special circumstances, such as medical or family emergencies, will be considered on a case-by-case basis for refunds or transfers.
